- אִיסְטְוָואII, אִסְ׳ (m.?) (Isp. noun of סוי; cmp. b. h. סוּת, מַסְוֶה) cover, blanket, (coarse) cloak. Y.Maas. Sh. IV, 55b מרקעןא׳ דההוא גברא אית ביה (ed. Krot … בָּהּ … מקרען rents) this mans (thy) blanket has twelve patches (Lam. R. to I, 1 חד כותאי, 1 has מרדעא).
